Examples of Faults Pulsing on and off during use - Cordless Dysons can occasionally pulsate on and off, our diagnostics will identify the issue and service is usually sufficient to restore its original condition.
Battery not holding a charge - A faulty battery can be one of the primary reasons the handheld Dyson vacuum will not hold a charge? The battery may need to be charged however the battery or power pack may often not be the obvious reason? We run a series of tests within our service diagnostic to identify any issues causing the problem.
Battery not charging - We have spare batteries for all cordless Dyson models however If your vacuum is not taking a charge the battery is once again not always the obvious reason. Therefore we strongly suggest a diagnostic service to identify the exact problem as it could be the charger or main body trigger causing the issues. We will always try to make repairs economic and affordable and will always advise customers accordingly.
Switching off and cutting out during use - Handheld and battery-operated Dysons may occasionally encounter such issues depending on the model? For switching and cutting off, our Dyson servicing will help address such faults where a thorough strip down will locate hidden blockages or bearing seizures etc. The subsequent repair will then return the vacuum to its original condition and performance.
